Mikell is a seasoned executive with over a decade of experience in operations management and financial services. He partners with individuals and families to help them build lasting wealth, and create more time for what matters most—faith, family, and legacy. 

With an approach grounded in Christian values, strategic insight, and a heart for service, Mikell believes that retirement planning is more than numbers—it’s about building a life of purpose and peace. His goal is to simplify complex decisions and guide clients toward meaningful, long-term goals. 

Outside of his professional life, Mikell has also volunteered with the U.S. Air Force Auxiliary for over 20 years, reflecting his deep commitment to leadership, discipline, and community service. Mikell is a devoted husband and the proud father of three gorgeous children. He finds joy in working on the family farm, teaching his children the value of hard work, and is an active member in the church, striving to glorify God in all he does.
